Before your visit
We welcome many new clients and pets into our studio each month, so we've compiled some information here help you prepare for your visit.

Before you leave home
It is essential that your dog's coat is clean (preferably freshly rinsed), and free from parasites and bodily fluids before entering the hydrotherapy tank. Toileting in the treadmill or bringing in sand, dirt or large amounts of loose fur may result in reduced time in the treadmill to allow for intensive cleaning before the next patient.

Whilst we towel off your dog after they exit the tank, it's a good idea to bring your own towel too, for the trip home. You'd be surprised how much water those coats can hold!

Location and parking
You'll find us at 55 Old Northern Road, Albany Creek, which is on the corner of Keong Road and in the same precinct as the Guzman Y Gomez Mexican restaurant. There is ample off-street parking straight out the front of the studio.

Payment can be made by EFTPOS, Cash, Visa or Mastercard.
